FREE Yoga Classes
Free yoga classes for all Women Club members continue all year. Come give us a try. We offer both Power Yoga for age 40 plus women as well as Chair Yoga with hand weights. Power yoga: Monday and Thursday from 9 to 10 am. Chair yoga with Hand Weights: Thursdays from 10:15 to 11 am offered for both men and women. We also have a 20 minute hand weight workout every Monday from 8:30 to 8:50 am. Contact Max Kamp at mkk2745@icloud.com and she will send you more information on each class. It is important you obtain info from her before attending the first class.
FREE Cardio Dance Classes
Cardio Dance at 12noon.
Cardio dance classes fuse musical rhythms and dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that’s designed for fun. The best part? No prior dance experience is required. Classes offer easy-to-learn moves that anyone can pick up (yes, even super uncoordinated folks!).
Judging will occur between 6pm-10pm on December 17

Location & Time - Medlin Cemetery, 1139 Trophy Club Drive/ 11am-12noo
Volunteers will place wreaths on graves of 32 veterans.

Volunteer at Trophy Club Town Hall
If you have a couple of mornings or afternoons available in your monthly schedule and would like to serve the Town, Ambassador Volunteers help keep Trophy Club’s Town Hall running smoothly. Ambassadors answer phones, greet visitors and occasionally assist with special projects
